Terms and Conditions

Agreement

This agreement is between you and Glass Magic OÜ. By placing an order for goods from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Payment

Full payment must be received before your order can be accepted. We accept payment by credit card and debit card.

Order Acceptance

Once we have received payment, we will confirm your order by email. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Insufficient stock
• Inability to deliver to your area
• An error in the pricing of the goods

If we refuse your order, we will notify you by email and refund your payment as soon as possible.

Price

The prices of the goods are as set out on our website. You may also be required to pay delivery charges.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the day after the date you receive the goods. To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing. If you have already received the goods, you must return them to us at your own cost and risk.

Delivery

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, and in any event within 30 days of your order.

Liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered to you.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the prices, delivery details, contact details, and privacy policy on our website, constitute the entire agreement between us.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
